Hey there, and welcome to Providence Permaculture and Farm School Inc.
We’re Farmer Belle and Farmer Val, and we love sharing the fun, challenges, and everyday adventures of farm life with our families and the awesome folks who join us on our programs here at Providence.
Just so you know — we’re not a public space, school, or educational facility.
We’re a private community, based in Casuarina, South of Perth, where we connect through a shared love of learning with those who are part of our programs or invited in, and we’re all about inspiring people of all ages to learn and grow together.
Wanna meet us!

Farmer Belle.
With 25+ years in all aspects of teaching, Farmer Belle has taught K-12 all over the world.
She has extensive qualifications and experience in nutrition, paddock-to-plate principles, whole food preservation, and creative arts. This drives her passion to provide people of all ages with valuable learning experiences that impact them in a positive and memorable way.
She homeschools her two teenage children, so she understands the unique needs of homeschooling families.
"Everything is hard before it's easy", Farmer Belle.

Farmer Val
Farmer Val has been studying and applying Permaculture principles for several years, and has a keen interest in natural beekeeping, soil improvement, organic gardening, medicinal herbs, self-sustainable living, and other exciting aspects of Permaculture.
She started her working life as an RN/Paramedic, where her interest in nutrition and Natural Healthcare sparked her passion and involvement in Permaculture and Natural Therapies.
As a trained Permaculture educator, her greatest desire is to empower people, especially children, to realise that they can control their health needs by what they put in their bodies and environment. She does this through experiential and project-based learning.
"Food is thy medicine, eat well, feel well", Farmer Val.
